Network Guarantee

We guarantee that our data center will be available 100% of the time in a given month, excluding scheduled or emergency maintenance. Otherwise, we apply a 5% credit of your monthly fee for each 30 minutes of network downtime, up to 100% of your monthly fee for the affected server.

Infrastructure Guarantee

We guarantee that data center HVAC and power will be functioning 100% of the time, excluding scheduled or emergency maintenance. Otherwise, we apply a 5% credit of your monthly fee for each 30 minutes of data center infrastructure downtime, up to 100% of your monthly fee for the affected server.

Hardware Replacement Guarantee

We guarantee that replacement or repair of Rackspace-provided hardware or components will begin within one hour of problem identification. Otherwise, we apply a 5% credit of your monthly fee for each 30 minutes of downtime, up to 100% of your monthly fee for the affected hardware.

Uninterruptible power supplies provide against power outages and protect against sags, surges, swells, spikes and electrical noise

Our N+2 redundant chiller configuration and redundant water sources ensure consistent temperatures are maintained throughout our facilities

HVAC

Each facility has redundant HVAC systems designed for immediate failover, and are equipped with air handling units to remove dust and contaminants

Network

Our robust network includes 4 transit providers allowing us to shift traffic as necessary and guards against any single points of failure — all of which are ranked by Dyn in the top 5 globally
