Easy to do Business: Rackspace will provide support to channel partners as they join the Rackspace Channel Program. This support will include sales support, operations support, access to partner tools, and product enablement at no cost to you. The goal is to make it easy for our channel partners to do business with us.
Partner First: Our commitment is our channel partners will receive commissions for all eligible orders associated with new footprint/new logo opportunities submitted and approved per our Lead Registration Guidelines. For channel partners who execute our Strategic Agreement dated April 2018, channel partner will be paid for all eligible initial sales as well as renewals, upgrades and extensions for the opportunity subject to the terms of your agreement with Rackspace.
Lead Registration Guidelines: All qualified opportunities are honored, and channel partners will receive commissions with no minimum or maximum payout term in accordance with the terms of our new Strategic Partner Agreement (revised April 2018) once executed.
