The ¡Viva! Racker Group celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month and another win for Rackspace Technology as one of the 50 Best Companies for Latinas to Work.
For the eighth year running, Rackspace Technology® has been named by LATINA Style Inc. as one of the top 50 Best Companies for Latinas to Work for in the United States. Rackspace Technology was ranked #43 in 2023, up six spots from 2022.
“The LATINA Style 50 Report, now in its 26th year, represents an exhaustive annual analysis of the working environment provided by corporate America to our Latina community,” said Robert Baird, President and CEO of LATINA Style, Inc. “Our annual review serves to spotlight exemplary practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion, in addition to the implementation of initiatives tailored to attract, retain, and advance Latina talent.
“The LATINA Style 50 companies and their leadership, demonstrate a profound understanding of the pivotal role they play in fostering a distinctive environment that champions diversity and inclusion.”

Our ¡Viva! Racker Resource Group plays a crucial role in creating a supportive community for our Latinx employees, offering mentorship, networking opportunities and a platform for sharing their unique perspectives.

To help achieve this goal, the group has been leading the company’s Hispanic Heritage Month celebrations. As its keystone event this month, ¡Viva! partnered with our corporate volunteerism program, Rack Gives Back, to host a unique social impact experience with a New York-based non-profit arts education organization called In Full Color.
The event featured poetry by RescuePoetix™, music from recording artist Ali de León, and a primer from art therapist and educator Athena Toledo. Rackers had the opportunity for a talk back at the end of the session where they learned more about the artists and how their Hispanic/Latinx identities shape their approach to art and the world.
Following the event, Rackspace Technology made a financial donation to support In Full Color’s mission to uplift marginalized communities through education and the arts.
Expanding our journey of diversity and inclusion
