Rackspace Security and Resiliency brings together 24x7x365 security operations from the Rackspace Cyber Defense Center, cyber resilience and recovery services powered by Rubrik and security strategy, posture and compliance services across the environments Rackspace operates. 

Rackspace Managed Extended Detection and Response is a 24x7x365 service built on Microsoft Sentinel. It integrates more than 300 security technologies and log sources, uses AI-assisted detections mapped to the MITRE ATT&CK framework and supports proactive threat hunting and automated response through the Rackspace Cyber Defense Center. 

Rackspace provides managed cyber recovery services powered by Rubrik to protect and recover identity systems, collaboration data and cloud workloads. Capabilities include immutable backups, validated recovery points and isolated recovery environments designed to support restoration from trusted data after an incident. 

An isolated recovery environment is a segregated environment that remains offline during normal operations and can be activated after an incident. Critical workloads can be restored there from trusted recovery points while production and disaster recovery environments are investigated. Rackspace Cyber Recovery Cloud provides this capability as a fully managed service. 

Rackspace applies identity, access, data protection and recovery controls to AI workloads and the environments they run in. Additional controls can address agent permissions, approval requirements and risks specific to models and agents, while Rackspace security operations use AI-assisted detection and response.
