Matt Bradley leads strategy and corporate development for Rackspace.
Since joining Rackspace in 2009, Matt has led a number of major strategy initiatives, including Rackspace’s $4 billion go-private sale to Apollo Global Management and Rackspace's pivot to provide managed services for AWS, Azure and Google. Additionally, he oversees acquisitions and strategic investments, including Rackspace's recent acquisition of TriCore to add capabilities required to manage enterprise applications such as enterprise resource planning, business intelligence, analytics and data warehousing.
He serves as an independent director of Jungle Disk, a privately held data security company.
Prior to joining Rackspace, Matt was an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley where he focused on advising technology and telecommunications companies.
Matt earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Virginia and holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
