Adoptar la nube nativa: Un camino hacia la madurez de la nube que impulsa la innovación
Marzo 25th, 2025
Rackspace is proud to announce that we are the first consulting managed security service provider (MSSP) partner for AWS Security Hub, offering consulting services for AWS cloud-native security tools.
Editor's Note: The article was originally published on March 4, 2020 and updated on June 10, 2021 to include details about new Rackspace Technology offerings for AWS.
Cybersecurity remains at the forefront of the IT agenda, which means businesses are expecting more-convenient ways to consume security tools. While the availability of cloud native security tools directly within public cloud is indeed convenient, many businesses don’t have the expertise to use them to their full potential. These same businesses are also finding it difficult to respond to security and compliance alerts in a timely manner.
That’s why we’re proud to have been selected as the first consulting managed security service provider (MSSP) partner for AWS Security Hub, offering consulting services for AWS cloud-native security tools. With AWS Security Hub, businesses get consolidated, aggregated, organized and prioritized security alerts from multiple AWS services, such as Amazon GuardDuty, as well as from AWS partner solutions.
Introducing Rackspace Elastic Engineering
Rackspace Elastic Engineering is transforming how service providers and customers engage. It enables AWS customers to receive around-the-clock support from a team of highly skilled cloud engineers for help with AWS Security Hub, Amazon GuardDuty and AWS’s newest security tool IAM Access Analyzer. In the future, we will provide support for Amazon Inspector and Amazon Macie, as well.
A central element of Rackspace Elastic Engineering is the assignment of a Pod to your organization for on-demand access to expertise. Your Pod then collaborates with your organization to shape successful outcomes such as:
- Planning and migrations to public cloud
- Architecture design and deployment
- Creation of automated CI/CD pipelines
- Improving security and reliability for your applications
- Managing your cloud environments across AWS, Google Cloud and Azure
Your Pod works alongside your internal team in an agile, sprint-based model to help move your cloud initiatives forward quickly. Our unique approach allows your team to leverage the collective knowledge of our engineers through a “do-with” approach to service delivery. Each Pod member follows best practices and shares their collective knowledge, which they’ve gathered from working on a wide range of cloud projects for customers around the world.
