According to Gartner, by 2020, more than 50% of enterprises will run mission-critical, containerized cloud-native applications in production environments.
Containers are the modern way to package apps to make them easily portable across multiple environments. As Kubernetes becomes the standard in container orchestration, Microsoft offers the Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) that manages your hosted Kubernetes environment. With various deployment models of Kubernetes, you need a partner with the management capabilities to support AKS.
Rackspace will soon provide support for AKS through our Fanatical Support® for Microsoft® Azure® service. Rackspace's Benjamin Villanueva and Sri Rajan will provide:
- An overview of the Azure Kubernetes Service
- A preview of the different management tiers required to run AKS, including a Kubernetes-as-a- Service (KaaS) offering and a custom DevOps service to modernize your applications
- A look at how we can leverage existing services to provide help where you need it most
