Marc Nourani

As Director of Operations, Marc Nourani leads Change, Incident and Problem Management globally for Rackspace. This work supports all Rackspace customers and our Rackers at both an infrastructure and individual customer level. An attorney and cross-functional operations professional, Marc has more than 25 years of experience in retail grocery and financial services, spanning service delivery, risk & safety, human resources, real estate, and security, as well as technical and business operations. His prior experience includes senior roles for Sun Harvest, Wild Oats and Green Fields Markets; and Citibank in San Antonio. He currently serves on the boards of directors for ChildSafe and Rack Gives Back.  Marc holds a B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from St. Mary’s School of Law. Marc and Bonney have two daughters, Hannah and Sophia.
