Holly Windham is Rackspace's global general counsel. From our headquarters in San Antonio, she leads our legal teams on four continents. She provides legal and strategic advice to our CEO, senior leadership team, and board.
Before joining Rackspace in April 2017, Holly worked for Axiom Global, a firm that provides legal talent, on a project basis, to companies that need specialized expertise. In her most recent assignment, Holly led a team of Axiom lawyers to help Google Cloud Platform develop its offerings.
Holly was born in the farming town of Cordell, Okla. She spent grades three through six at air bases in the U.K. and Germany, where her father served in the U.S. Air Force. She earned a B.A. in sociology from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, and a law degree from Pepperdine.
After graduation, Holly worked for Gibson Dunn & Crutcher, based out of its Dallas office but with extended assignments in New York City and Honolulu, working closely with client companies on their financial reorganizations. A former colleague at Gibson Dunn recruited her to HP, where she worked for 18 years, rising to deputy general counsel and leading legal support for several HP businesses, including its cloud and software units.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking in the Rockies, and cycling.
