And to get you there quickly, we’re introducing the Rackspace Accelerated Migration Program.  Our team of private cloud experts is ready and willing to help you move quickly and effortlessly to Rackspace Private Cloud.

How it works:

1. Commit to a minimum of a one-year contract on one of the following Rackspace Technology hosted platforms:

• SDDC Flex
• SDDC Enterprise
• SDDC Business

2. We’ll provide access to people, tools and promotions that will help offset the cost of your migration. Migration services will be provided by either the Rackspace Professional Services team or a Rackspace Elastic Engineering pod of VMware experts.

What you get:

We’ll conduct a private cloud discovery workshop and deploy tools that capture VM data to help us understand your current environment and its needs.

Your migration will take place over three simple phases:

1. Prepare
   • Install and stage migration tooling
   • Create migration runbooks
   • Document wave plans
2. Test
   • Test connectivity
   • Test replication
3. Execute
   • Day of execution
   • Troubleshooting
   • New environment handover
