As Rackspace's Global Sales Strategy and Operations leader, Adhitya (AD) Bhatia is responsible for all aspects of customer growth management to ensure the company delivers revenue acceleration and Fanatical Experience for customers.

Prior to joining Rackspace, AD was Vice President at IBM and led the global Results Delivery Office for a transformation initiative in GTS, resulting in gross profit enhancement and improved NPS. He brings close to 25 years of IT-related sales and business management experience that spans geographies and industry segments from Dell Services and Wipro.

AD brings nearly a decade of senior executive leadership experience to Rackspace and is a leader well-versed in driving collaboration and innovation as well as managing change to drive sustained growth and profitability. His experience includes developing and managing large, global customer engagements in various industry verticals including high tech manufacturing and healthcare.

In addition to the completion of an executive program from Wharton, AD holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree and an MBA from Pune University. AD also served on the board of the “True Ability” Employee Resource Group (ERG) at Dell, an organization that is dedicated to aiding, enriching and serving those impacted by disabilities and special needs.
