Rackspace Strengthens UK Leadership Team by Hiring Lee James as Chief Technology Officer
LONDON – September 6, 2017 – Rackspace® today announced that Lee James has been appointed as new Chief Technology Officer for Rackspace in EMEA. In a newly created role within Rackspace’s UK Leadership Team, James will be responsible for the company’s business growth in the EMEA region. Reporting directly to Managing Director, Darren Norfolk, James is tasked with initiating and driving relationships with senior business customers and partners to move the Rackspace proposition forward.

James will work closely with internal teams to influence the product roadmap and services in line with future market and customer trends. He will have authority over the planning, launching and refining of products and services, ensuring that Rackspace has a customer-aligned strategy in the EMEA region. In addition, James will coach and mentor emerging leadership and technical talent across the business.
