Rackspace crowned champion of champions

Here at Rackspace, we live and breathe customer service. Our Fanatical Support promise encompasses all our customer service beliefs and its principles have evolved to become ingrained into our company ethos. So it’s with great delight that we can announce we’ve been recognised for our commitment to customer service at the prestigious National Customer Service Awards 2010.
At a glitzy venue in the Great Ballroom of the Grosvenor House Hotel, we scooped two awards, the ‘Front Line Customer Service Team’ and the coveted top award ‘Customer Service Team of the Year’ – making us the first organisation to win the honour two years back-to-back.
It’s great to be recognised for our continued work and we never want to forget that we would not be the multi-billion dollar company we are today without putting customer care at the heart of our company ethos. Rest assured, we’re not going to rest on our laurels. We were straight back in the office the next morning doing what we do best – treating our customers like kings.
