Cinépolis has positioned itself as leader in its home market (Mexico) through guaranteed response and security on their website through a customized experience. They were looking for a provider that could help them meet the growing demands of a global market.

What We Achieved Together

Cinépolis has diversified its revenue stream through an online platform that offers services in 13 countries across 4 continents. They have expanded to 98 cities across Mexico, 9 cities in Central America, 48 cities in South America, 27 cities in Asia and 2 more in the US. They offer 6 different experiences in their movie theaters and 2 service offers: a loyalty card program and streaming services through their Klic offer. In Mexico, they hold 65.12% of market share.
