GSA IT 70
The General Services Administration (GSA) IT Schedule 70 provides federal, state, and local customer agencies with the tools and expertise needed to shorten procurement cycles, ensure compliance and obtain the best value for the latest in innovative technology.

With more than 7.5 million products and services from over 4,600 pre-vetted vendors, GSA helps federal agencies, as well as civilian, state and local organizations, maximize their budgets and reduce buying cycles by up to 50 percent over open market.

NASA SEWP
Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP, pronounced “soup”), is a multi-award Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) vehicle focused on commercial IT products and product-based services.

With over 140 pre-competed prime contract holders, SEWP offers a wide range of commercial advanced technology including: tablets, desktops and servers; IT peripherals; network equipment; storage systems; security tools; software products; cloud-based services; telecommunications; health IT; sensors; video conferencing systems and other IT, communication and audio-visual products. Product-based services such as installation, training, maintenance and warranty are also available through SEWP.

California (CMAS)
The California Multiple Award Schedules (CMAS) offers a wide variety of commodities, non-IT services and information technology products and services at prices which have been assessed to be fair, reasonable and competitive.

City of Seattle
The City of Seattle is a contract vehicle for a wide range of general-purpose commercial IT equipment, software and services, available to the City of Seattle and any departments.

VASCUPP
The Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the Virginia Association of State College and University Purchasing Professionals (VASCUPP) provides IT products and related services for higher education institutions in Virginia.

Ohio STS
The Ohio State Term Schedule (STS) is a contract vehicle for computers, software, supplies and services from select dealers, available for state and local government agencies in Ohio.

Library of Congress Cloud
The Library of Congress Cloud provides a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) for a configurable and dynamically scalable cluster of cloud-based computing components, networks, storage and related infrastructure to develop and test business applications.

NCPA
The National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA) is a leading national government purchasing cooperative working to reduce the cost of goods and services by leveraging the purchasing power of public agencies in all 50 states. The NCPA uses state-of-the-art procurement resources and solutions that result in cooperative purchasing contracts, as well as assurance that all public agencies are receiving products and services of the highest quality at the lowest prices.

Virginia (VITA)
The Virginia Information Technologies Agency (VITA) is the commonwealth's consolidated information technology organization. VITA's responsibilities fall into four primary categories:

  • Governance of the commonwealth's information security programs in support of the responsibilities of the Chief Information Officer of the Commonwealth
  • Operation of the IT infrastructure, including all related personnel, for the executive branch agencies declared by the legislature to be "in-scope" to VITA
  • Governance of IT investments in support of the duties and responsibilities of the Information Technology Advisory Council and the Chief Information Officer of the Commonwealth
  • Procurement of technology for VITA and on behalf of other state agencies and institutions of higher education

VITA provides outstanding service and technology solutions to support customers and address their business needs. VITA is the IT utility that supports specific agency requirements as they endeavor to deliver citizen services. While the agency works directly with the citizen, VITA works with the agency as a “behind-the-scenes” service provider.

National IPA
National Intergovernmental Purchasing Alliance (IPA) contracts are available for use by entities that must comply with state purchasing laws (state, cities, counties, non-profits, public and private schools, colleges and universities and all governmental entities).

VA T4NG
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation (T4NG) Program provides a total solution including, but not limited to, the following functional areas: program management; strategy; enterprise architecture and planning; systems/software engineering; software technology demonstration and transition; test and evaluation; independent verification and validation; enterprise network; enterprise management framework; operations and maintenance; cybersecurity; training; IT facilities; and other solutions encompassing the entire range of IT and health IT requirements, to include software and hardware incidental to the solution.

These services, as well as related IT products, may encompass the entire lifecycle of a system. Moreover, services and related products covered under this contract are global in reach.

Army ACCENT
ACCENT is managed by the U.S. Army Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS). The ACCENT program supports the Army’s initiative to transition designated legacy, unclassified information technology applications, systems and associated data from government data centers to the commercial cloud.
The scope of the ACCENT program includes all services and solutions necessary for the Army to satisfy the requirement for migration of eligible Army enterprise applications to the commercial cloud. Cloud computing solutions include:

  • Cloud service offerings authorized by the Department of Defense
  • Information as a Service (IaaS)
  • Platform as a Service (PaaS)
  • Software as a Service (SaaS)

HHS CMS SPARC (SB)
The Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC) is a cost-effective, innovative solution for procuring information technology (IT) professional services from a pool of Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) experienced partners.
The purpose of this contract is to provide strategic, technical and program management guidance and support services to facilitate the modernization of CMS business processes and supporting systems.

SPARC is available to all components within CMS and all Health and Human Services (HHS) Operating Divisions to procure IT system development services from end to end.
