For 70 years, Harinas Elizondo has supplied flour to over 7,000 customers which include small bakeries, cake shops and large, industrial scale clients.
The Obstacles They Faced
Previously, Harinas Elizondo had servers on-site in various locations, across different processing plants. The growth that the company began to experience at that time was very good and it was decided that for security and efficiency purposes they had to look for another solution that did not physically restrict their infrastructure to any one place.
