Introducing LPI Webinars: What is OpenStack?

The Linux Professional Institute (LPI) will kick off a new series of monthly webinars for Linux and open source professionals at 1 p.m. CDT Tuesday, August 20. The first installment will answer the question “What is OpenStack?”

Join Scott Sanchez (@ScottSanchez), Rackspace’s Director of Strategy, and myself (Niki Acosta (@NikiAcosta), Rackspace’s Private Cloud Evangelista), as we describe the technology behind OpenStack, and teach attendees more about the technologies involved. Additionally, we’ll highlight strategies for how to add OpenStack-related skills to a sys admin’s portfolio.

For more information on OpenStack check out: OpenStack 101 – What Is OpenStack?

There will be time for Q&A following the presentation. The presentation will be recorded and a replay notification will be sent to registrants when it’s available.
