Lisa McLin is the vice president for channel sales at Rackspace. She is responsible for sales-channel program strategy and execution, growing partner relationships, and delivering a Fanatical ExperienceTM to Rackspace channel partners and their customers.
Prior to her current role, Lisa served as vice president of sales for Rackspace’s existing customers in the small business and mid-market segments. Lisa began her career at Rackspace in 2002 as a staff accountant and then transitioned into account management, followed by a succession of expanding sales leadership roles based on her track record of consistently delivering strong results.
Lisa is recognized for her deep expertise in strategic sales, service delivery, and business management. She engages C-suite executives, assesses opportunities, and builds cross-organizational strategies that drive customer satisfaction and revenue profitability. Lisa embodies servant leadership, developing strong winning teams and heavily investing in mentoring and advancing the careers of those around her.
Lisa serves on the board of directors for the Texas Conference for Women, a networking and skill-building organization for women leaders, while also serving on the board for the Rackspace Foundation, which manages the company’s charitable activities. She also holds the executive chair for the Professional Organization for Women Empowerment, the largest employee resource group at Rackspace. Lisa holds a B.B.A. in accounting and business management from the University of Texas in San Antonio and an Executive Business Administration and Management degree from the University of Texas in Austin. Lisa lives in San Antonio and enjoys playing golf, staying fit, and spending time with her husband and two sons.
