There's more to hosting the latest Microsoft technologies than simply offering them. We believe they should be supported expertly,
too. And Windows Server 2008 is no exception. As an Official Server 2008 Launch Partner, we've worked with the code for almost a year,
taking part in the testing and beta programs. We've also trained our support teams extensively so you can get the most out of its new
features and enhancements. Improved web services with IIS 7, easier server management, increased security, and more flexible access
through Terminal Services are all part of Windows Server 2008. And we can help you determine when and if these newest features are right
for you.
It's not like we just became Microsoft hosting experts, either. We've been doing it for years, working closely with Microsoft to know
their products as well as they do. And we don't say that lightly. We say it because we've proven it time and again—earning the
status of a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and being the Microsoft Hosting Partner of the Year, three of the last five years (2003,
2005 and 2007). And with more than 100 Microsoft Certified Professionals, many holding multiple certifications, our expertise is always
a click or a phone call away.

* Microsoft Windows Server 2008 is a new OS release, and as such, there are a few limitations until all of our vendors catch
up with this new Microsoft product. Due to these limitations, Rackspace cannot currently provide customers in our Intensive segment
with some of the services that usually come standard with our Microsoft Server. Until we can provide full support for Windows Server
2008, Rackspace recommends that Intensive customers do not use Windows Server 2008 in a production environment. Please see your
Rackspace contract or contact a Rackspace representative for more details.
