Platform support

We install, configure, patch, monitor, and troubleshoot Apache, IIS, and nginx.

Database servers

We install and configure most major database applications:

  • MySQL - Available on Linux servers. Support includes configuration, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, and setup of replication.
  • Microsoft® SQL Server® - Available on Windows servers. Support includes configuration, patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • MariaDB - Available on Linux servers. Support includes installation and configuration.
  • MongoDB - Available on Linux servers. Support includes installation.

FTP/SMTP servers and email relay service

We install and configure Windows FTP or SFTP, and automatically install and configure Mailgun as your email relay service. Send 50,000 emails per month for free.

Application stack

For Linux, we install, configure, and troubleshoot Perl, PHP, Python, and Ruby. For Windows, we install and configure ASP and ASP.NET.

Cloud Databases

We configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cloud Databases, including provisioning and managing your instances and users, and helping to back up and restore data.

Cloud DNS

We configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cloud DNS, including creating, deleting, importing, and exporting your domains and records.

Cloud Load Balancers

We create, configure, troubleshoot, monitor, and delete your Cloud Load Balancers. We also configure SSL termination and traffic management algorithms.

Cloud Backup

We preinstall Cloud Backup on your servers, and configure weekly backups of standard system configuration files (file storage fees apply). We also restore, monitor, and troubleshoot backup jobs.

Cloud Monitoring

We configure customized monitoring of your cloud infrastructure, including monitoring for URL content, port, ping, and system checks for CPU, disk, and memory. We also recommend which alarm conditions to alert on, and review your Cloud Monitoring API requests and response details.

Cloud Files

We troubleshoot and verify your object storage in Cloud Files.

Cloud Block Storage

We create, configure, and delete your storage volumes in Cloud Block Storage.

Management tools

We install, configure, patch, and troubleshoot these management tools for you.

  • Firewall - iptables, ufw, and Windows Firewall
  • Caching - Memcached and Varnish
  • Synchronization - lsyncd

Terminal services

We install and configure the Terminal Services role and licenses you supply.
