Please be aware that RackConnect is only supported where our Cloud infrastructure exists. At this time, the Rackspace Cloud is available from our Chicago, Dallas, and London datacenters only.
If you are an existing Cloud customer, you will need to speak to a member of our Sales team. They can take you through the process of acquiring a device that may be used in a RackConnected environment.
