Cancel billing
Is there a way I can cancel my account and get my money back? When I signed up for this I had no idea it would cost $150 dollars each month. That wasn't made very clear- and I had to go through several levels of web pages to find information about costs. You can imagine my surprise when I saw the statement on my credit card.
Or does your policy not allow for "returns" and "money back"?
