Unable to Verify Account Information
RE: Unable to Verify Account Information
Sorry to hear about your troubles. Please be sure that your administrator has assigned an activesync license to your email address. Without this license, you will not be able to connect. If you have a license assigned, please be sure to reach out to our support staff so that they can test your account out on their end.
Best,

Yes — this procedure does work as well. Something with the OS that keeps popping up this strange behavior.

Unable to sync my ipad
Now what?
RE: Unable to sync my ipad
I'm certain that there's a duplicate email address somewhere in the system that's preventing you from setting up your account. Our support team will have to look up your account to get some information for you — they'll be able to resolve this for you. If you're the administrator for your account, please contact our support team at (888)850-3994.

RE: Duplicate emails on Iphone 4
I'm more than sure you have a forward setup somewhere on another email address. The question is where? Unfortunately, I won't be able to determine that for you. Have a look at your other email accounts and make sure there isn't a forward setup. Otherwise have your admin call into our support line (888)850-3994 and explain the details so they can further investigate your issue.
Cannot open My Calander
RE: Cannot open My Calander
that's strange, I've never heard of that issue happening before. Sounds like a bug. Have you tried restarting your iPad? I'd try that first, or removing the account and then adding it back. Definitely sounds like a IOS bug.

The password is your account password. It isn't related to the description, it's the password you use to access your email.

Please make sure you have an Activesync license assigned to your email address; otherwise, you won't be able to connect. Also, please be sure you're on a Exchange 2010 platform and not on the 2007 platform.
