The following article will help you configure the Cyberduck FTP Client with Rackspace Cloud Files. Cyberduck allows users to Manage their Rackspace Cloud Files storage account and the configuration of Akamai content delivery network (CDN). Take a look at the following steps:
1. Download the Cyberduck FTP client at the following URL: http://cyberduck.ch/
2. Install the FTP client on your machine and then login to https://mycloud.rackspace.com/ to grab your API Key.
3. Log into your control panel and select API Keys under your account at the top. Select Show Key in the API Key section and copy your API key.

4. Open your Cyberduck FTP client and select Rackspace Cloud Files from the list. Enter your control panel username and paste the API key into the password field. When complete, select Login.

5. Once you're logged in, you'll be able to view, share, and add content through the Cyberduck interface.

In the server field enter the following along with your username below: lon.auth.api.rackspacecloud.com


5. Close out the window and double click on the bookmark. In the pop up screen, enter your control panel username and paste the API key into the password field. When complete, select Login. Once you're logged in, you'll be able to view, share, and add content through the Cyberduck interface.

I need to check on this, but if you have both UK and US accounts you might see if you get a different API key going to the UK version of the Cloud Control Panel:

If you have trouble with Cyberduck there are other tools that support Cloud Files, though many are commercial. Other options include Storage Made Easy, Gladinet, and CloudBerry Drive.

And I do love Cyberduck. Whatever they get in donations, it's definitely not enough.
