The following article will get your Rackspace email account setup on your iPhone using an IMAP connection. An IMAP connection allows you to access and manage your email directly from Rackspace servers. Any changes made on your device will be replicated on the server. Let's take a look at how tp set this up:
1. From the home screen on your device tap Settings, and then Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

RE: can't trash or reply, forward, etc.
the "doesn't allow relaying" error usually results from not having the correct server address in the incoming and outgoing server fields. Please be sure that you are using "secure.emailsrvr.com" for both the incoming and outgoing server. I'd recommend removing the account and starting from the beginning.

RE: ipad no longer receiving email
If you're using "secure.emailsrvr.com" change the port to 165 and use "imap.emailsrvr.com" as the outgoing server address.
I'd recommend resetting up your email address again and using SSL with the outgoing server as "secure.emailsrvr.com" and the port will naturally take care of itself.

RE: Can't delete
Make sure you're not making a "POP" connection and enabled the option to "Leave a copy on the server" when mail is deleted from your iPhone. Please re-setup your phone with the IMAP instructions listed above. Once you've made an IMAP connection your mail will delete from the server as well.

That's strange. Did you see the instructions at the bottom of the article for "Mapping Your Folders"? If you did, and tried that option, something is definitely off. Very strange indeed. Using the "secure" connection wouldn't make a difference. I would suggest calling into our support staff at (888) 850-3994 so they can setup your account on one of our test devices and further investigate.

RE: Every time I try to send an
it sounds like the username or password for your email address changed. Can you still receive email? Try logging into http://apps.rackspace.com/ with your current username and password and if you're not allowed in, it's definitely a username or password issue. Also, please make sure you are using secure.emailsrvr.com. Contact your admin to make sure your password didn't change.
