Where do I upload my CGI/Perl files?

Once logged in you will see your site's file structure similar to this:

/www.domain.com.com <----Your domain's root directory
----/web
--------/cgi-bin <----CGI and Perl files go here
------------/yourscript.cgi
------------/yourscript.pl
--------/content 
----/stats <----Do not delete
----/logs <----Do not delete
