View and pay unpaid invoices: Cloud Office Control Panel
To view unpaid invoices for your Cloud Office account, log in to the control panel and perform the following steps:
Note: These steps are for customers who are billed automatically. If you are emailed an invoice, please follow the instructions in the email.
- At the top of the page, click My Account at the top of the page.
- In the Company Information section, click Unpaid Invoices. A list of invoices appears, showing the amount of each invoice and a brief description.
- To view a detailed invoice, click the invoice number.
- To pay the invoice, click Pay beneath the Action column.
- If needed, update the credit card information to process payment (maxed out, expired, etc.).
- Make any necessary changes, and click Pay Invoice to pay your invoice.
