View and pay unpaid invoices: Cloud Office Control Panel


To view unpaid invoices for your Email & Apps account, log into the control panel, and perform the following steps:

Note: These steps are for customers who are billed automatically.  If you are emailed an invoice, please follow the instructions in the email.

  1. At the top of the page, click My Account at the top of the page.
  2. In the Company Information section, click Unpaid Invoices. A list of invoices appears, showing the amount of each invoice and a brief description.
  3. To view a detailed invoice, click the invoice number.
  4. To pay the invoice, click Pay beneath the Action column.
  5. If needed, update the credit card information to process payment (maxed out, expired, etc.).
  6. Make any necessary changes, and click Pay Invoice to pay your invoice.
