Unpaid Invoices - Email & Apps Control Panel
To view unpaid invoices, log into the control panel, and perform the following steps:
Note: These steps are for customers that are billed automatically. If you are emailed an invoice, please follow the instructions written in the email.
- Click My Account at the top of the page.
- In the Company Information section, click Unpaid Invoices. A list of invoices will appear, along with the amount of the invoice and a brief description.
- To view a detailed invoice, click the invoice number.
- To pay the invoice, click Pay beneath the Action column.
- If needed, update the credit card to process payment (maxed out, expired, etc.).
- Make any necessary changes, then click Pay Invoice to pay your invoice.
