How the Program Works
Joining offers you access to the benefits you need to begin building and selling Rackspace solutions to your prospects and customers. Our program offers market competitive reseller discounts that lead to higher margins and greater competitive advantages.
- Deal registration
- On-boarding and Rackspace products and services training (via e-Learning system) in first 90 days of program
- Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey
- Provide first-level support and then leverage Rackspace support
- Provide billing and accounting support
