On the last page, we discussed How to Create a Backup. Once your Backup is set up, you might want to confirm its settings, make sure a clean up or restore finished properly, or even manually kick off a job before its scheduled. Or, you may want to quickly view all of your backup activity at once. This page describes how to do it.
You may view either a single backup's activities or all activities for all backups.
The List of Backups lists all the Backup processes you currently have on your account.

The Backup Details Screen displays the configuration details for the Backup.
Below the Backup Configuration details is the Backup Activity list.
The Backup Activity list displays all the actions a Backup has done (such as Backup, Cleanup, or Restore) listed historically. The most recent actions are on top.
If you have a long list of activities, you may limit your list by doing a search. Enter your search term in the box marked "Search X activities...", where x is the number of activities you have.
Note: the number of listed activities varies, based on how often you backup runs and how long you save them.
You may search with the following terms:
You may view the details of a Backup's activity by clicking "Show Details" in its entry.
You may also view the server details by clicking its name, or re-display the Backup Details Screen by clicking the Backup's name in the activity entry.

If you do not want to wait for the next scheduled backup, you may trigger a manual backup by clicking the "Perform Backup" button in the Activity section.
