• The next option you have for controlling the server is to perform a Reboot through the Classic Cloud Control Panel.  You have two options here, a Soft or a Hard Reboot.  Historically we have found that, if your server is not responding, performing a Hard Reboot is the most effective way of bringing it back into service.  No graceful shutdown will be performed in that case, and you do so at your own risk.
