NOTE: This article is written for our Classic Cloud Control Panel. You can access this interface from the New Cloud Control Panel by clicking your username in the upper-right of the control panel and selecting "Classic Cloud Control Panel".

• To replace a credit card:

1. Login to your Classic Cloud Control Panel at https://manage.rackspacecloud.com.

2. Click on the "Your Account" item in the left navigation menu, then click the "Billing" selection that appears.

3. Click on the "Billing Settings" tab and then click on the "Replace Account Credit Card" link.

4. Complete your credit card information and click the "Finish" button.

• To edit your billing contact information:

1. Login to your Classic Cloud Control Panel at https://manage.rackspacecloud.com.

2. Click on the "Your Account" item in the left navigation menu, then click the "Billing" selection that appears.

3. Click on the "Billing Settings" tab and then click on the "Edit Billing Contact" link.

4. Enter the billing contact information for the credit card on file then click the "Finish" button.
