Getting Fanatical Support - Knowledge Center
The Rackspace Knowledge Center is an online support resource that contains Cloud Hosting and Cloud Office articles, videos, case studies, and white papers. You can access the Knowledge Center directly by going to http://www.rackspace.com/knowledge_center.
Knowledge Center content
The Knowledge Center content is categorized first by Cloud Hosting and Cloud Office, and then by product.
The Cloud Hosting page in the Knowledge Center is organized by Rackspace Cloud product. Click on the product for which you want to find support documentation.
Each product page includes links to the following types of information:
Most recent articles
The link to available case studies and white papers is located at the bottom of the Knowledge Center page.
The Cloud Office page contains links to articles and tutorials related to the following products and services:
- Rackspace Email
- Hosted Microsoft Exchange
- Hosted Microsoft SharePoint
- Email Setup Wizard
Search the knowledge center
If you already know what you are looking for, enter keywords in the Search bar at the top of the Knowledge Center page. The Knowledge Center search feature searches all of the Rackspace support resources, including the Knowledge Center, API documentation, and Community forum. In the search results, you can choose to see all the results or just the results from a particular support resource.
If you don't know exactly what you are looking for, browse the topics columns and featured articles for the products.
