Hi Sami,
You can send us suggestions however you like, and we will respond to them! Some of the other ways you can reach us are to fill out the form in the upper right corner of each article, labeled "Contact Us" - that emails the entire Knowledge Center team, or you can email us directly: knowledge_center@rackspace.com

I have gone ahead and added the link for the Cloud DNS FAQ - let us know if you come across anything else that needs updating!
