SAN ANTONIO, Jul 14, 2010 –Rackspace® Hosting, Inc. (NYSE:RAX), the world’s leading specialist in the hosting and cloud computing industry, will announce its second quarter 2010 financial results on Monday, August 9, 2010, after the close of the financial markets.

Rackspace management will host a conference call with the financial community to discuss the results starting at 4:30 p.m. EDT, 3:30 p.m. CDT, 2:30 p.m. PDT. Lanham Napier, president and chief executive officer, and Bruce Knooihuizen, chief financial officer, will host the call.

Rackspace Hosting, Inc., the world's leader in the hosting and cloud computing industry, announced financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2010. Net revenue for the second quarter of 2010 was $187.3 million, up 4.8% from the previous quarter and up 23.2% from the second quarter of 2009.
