Bruce Knooihuizen, chief financial officer, SVP and treasurer, will present at The Bank of America Merrill Lynch Investment Conference in San Francisco on Monday, September 13 at 4:15 p.m. PDT. Bryan McGrath, director of finance, will present at the Credit Suisse 1st Annual Small Cap Conference in Boston on Wednesday, September 15 at 1:50 p.m. EDT.
Jason Luce, vice president of finance, will present at the Kaufman Bros. 13th Annual Investor Conference in New York City on Thursday, September 16 at 11 a.m. EDT. Knooihuizen will present at the Goldman Sachs Global Investment Research Communacopia XIX Conference in New York City on Thursday, September 23 at 1:15 p.m. EDT.

For the quarter ended September 30, 2010: • Net revenue of $199.7 million grew 23.0% year-over-year and 6.6% from Q2 2010 • Adjusted EBITDA (1) of $68.5 million grew 33.2% year-over-year and 10.1% from Q2 2010 • Achieved adjusted EBITDA margin of 34.3%, up from 31.7% year-over-year and 33.2% in Q2 2010 • Net income of $11.8 million grew 55.3% year-over-year and 5.5% from Q2 2010 • Generated $11.7 million of Adjusted Free Cash Flow for the quarter and $28.6 million for the first nine months of 2010
