Wayne Roberts - SVP, Enterprise Fanatical Support

Wayne Roberts serves as Senior Vice President Enterprise Fanatical Support at Rackspace. In this role, Wayne has P&L ownership for Rackspace's largest and most complex customers. Wayne is also responsible for overseeing customer service and technical support for these customers.

Originally hired as the Vice President of Infrastructure Services for Rackspace in 2007, Wayne later moved into the role of Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources. A Servant Leader and passionate developer of people, Wayne believes that Rackers are the "secret sauce" for Fanatical Support at Rackspace.

Prior to joining Rackspace, Roberts served seven years with Dell, Inc. as the Director of Professional Services and held various leadership positions with Accenture Ltd. and Trammell Crow Company.

Wayne is a Fightin' Texas Aggie and holds a BBA in Business Analysis and Research and an MBA in Finance, both from Texas A&M.
