John Lionato has more than 20 years of experience in managing global support operations. In his role at Rackspace, John is responsible for the evolution and growth of Fanatical Support, Rackspace's consultative approach to customer care. He is focused on improving leadership capabilities, implementing proven process tools such as lean and six sigma and installing world class measurement systems like the Net Promoter Score to help Rackspace better understand customer needs.

Prior to joining Rackspace, John spent seven years at Intuit and 13 years at the General Electric Company. Most recently, he was a vice president with Intuit's Information Technology organization and held leadership positions in the QuickBooks and Outsourced Payroll divisions as well as in Process Excellence. While at GE, John held a variety of leadership positions in Global Operations, Mergers & Acquisitions and Quality.

John holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Fordham University in New York and a Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac University School of Law in Connecticut.
