Thanksgiving Food Drive
Rackspace held the largest Thanksgiving Drive and Distribution in San Antonio this year and it was all thanks to the Rackers who funded the drive with their money and time. Through recent fundraising efforts, we were able to provide 1,000 families with turkeys and all the trimmings this Thanksgiving.
DFW Operation Kindness
DFW Rackers volunteered to work at Operation Kindness, North Texas' largest and oldest No-Kill animal shelter.
DFW Supports Timberline Elementary
DFW Rackers continue their annual support of Timberline Elementary. In 2011, they gave the Student Outdoor Learning Center a facelift by landscaping, constructing a new shed, and donating a brand new greenhouse to the school. In December, Rackers adopted a family of 6 at Timberline, delivering milk and cookies to the school's faculty, and sent Santa and his elves to the campus for a special visit.
Blacksburg Rackers Give Back
Rackers in Blacksburg sponsored a two day Rocket Launch event for about 150 attendees.
Austin Pets Alive
Austin Rackers showed some TLC to the animals of Austin Pets Alive and helped 4 furry friends find their forever homes!
San Antonio Toys For Tots
This holiday season, the Racker motorcycle enthusiast club, "The Racker Riders," delivered over 1000 toys, donated by Rackers, to our local Toys for Tots organization.
First Robotics Alamo Regional Competition
This year marked the Inaugural FIRST Alamo Regional Robotics Competitions (FIRST Tech Challenge and FIRST Robotics Competition) with over 1,500 students from across the US and Mexico in attendance.
