Cliff Turner
Cliff joined Rackspace in Nov 2003 working as a windows tech in Rackspace's Managed Support Division. He later transitioned over to Intensive
Support where he become a Lead Tech for almost two years. Cliff was a leader in the development of Rackspace's Intensive Monitoring Team. With
expertise around Cloud, Virtualization, Storage, Servers, Windows Linux, Databases, and Microsoft Licensing, Cliff has positioned himself as the
go to guy for SaaS application system integrations.
Sean Leach
As the Senior Director of Technology for NeuStar's Internet and Infrastructure Services Group (IISG), Sean's responsibilities include defining
and guiding the group's technical direction, as well as providing new product design, research and technical evaluation for strategic product
and M&A initiatives. The IIS Group includes the UltraDNS, Webmetrics, Registry and all Internet and infrastructure related product lines.
Gregg Stout
Gregg joined Rackspace in November of 2000 and has held a wide variety of roles in the company to include IT, Customer Care, Corporate Security,
and currently as a Sales Engineer. Gregg is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and is pursuing a degree in Information
Security and Assurance. Gregg was a leading role in Rackspace's listing on Visa's global list of PCI Compliant Level 1 Service Providers. Gregg
has participated in hundreds of successful audit and assessment engagements such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, DIACAP, FISMA, and SAS 70 Type II. Gregg's
current role as a Sales Engineer is focused on working with customers to architect solutions to help meet their security requirements.
Paul Croteau
Over the past two decades Paul Croteau has worked in the I/T sector as a system administrator, pre-sales engineer, enterprise sales representative,
account manager, sales trainer, webmaster and competitive analyst for some of the top technology companies in the sector. He is approaching his
five-year anniversary.
