BI Overview Session: This full-day onsite or remote session provides a high-level overview of Microsoft Business Intelligence tools. You’ll spend the first half of the day learning about each of the tools and use cases, and viewing a demo. You’ll spend the second half of the day with a SharePoint developer providing demos on how to utilize each tool.

BI Assessment: This assessment helps you properly plan and prepare for your next Business Intelligence project. We’ll work closely with you to create a customized Business Intelligence Roadmap you can use to implement a BI Project or proof of concept for a dashboard focused on a single data source.

You’ll create the roadmap through several focused meetings. In the first meeting, you’ll talk with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify the data you’d like to report on. Next, you’ll attend a series of meetings with both business and IT subject matter experts within your organization to dive into the data, structure the dashboard reports, and learn about the systems involved.
