Mailtrust is now the Email and Apps division of Rackspace Hosting. You haven't lost Mailtrust. You've gained Rackspace. As many of you know, we merged with Rackspace Hosting nearly two years ago. Since the merger, we've grown exponentially. So has the Rackspace brand. By aligning under the core Rackspace brand, customers now have a single point of reference for all of their hosting needs.
Falling directly in line with Rackspace's global brand also opens many doors to our organization allowing our innovation to accelerate and our product offerings to expand. I can't tell you how excited I am about this move—Rackspace is a powerful brand. Rackers are a unique bunch.
You'll still access the same reliable email service and friendly support staff you've trusted with Mailtrust. The only thing that's changing is the name. Other than that, your email is business as usual.

No. Your bill will look a little different but the totals will be the same. The same affordable pricing model you've enjoyed with Mailtrust, you can expect from Rackspace.
No. Product names will differ. Noteworthy customers will now be Rackspace Email Customers. Hosted Exchange customers will be Microsoft Exchange customers. There will be no decrease in features or new hidden charges for functionality you've already been using. Service Level Agreements and contracts you've signed will remain in force with no action needed on your part.
No. The pages you log into will look a little different but work the same way. User names and passwords won't be affected. The URLs for log-in pages have changed. Don't worry. We made sure the old Mailtrust log-in links are automatically redirected to the new Rackspace log-in pages.
