Technical Project Manager

Your responsibilities to the customers (the people who pay us the big bucks) include:

Important Skills and Characteristics:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), or Computer Science (CS)
• At least 2+ years of demonstrable experience leading teams in software development using agile or similar project management methodologies
• 2+ years of hands-on technical experience such as programming, systems administration, hardware/software, networking or DBA experience preferred
• Demonstrable experience working with Leadership Teams, gaining consensus, managing expectations and shaping processes to lead projects through all stages of the software development life cycle
• Ability to meet deadlines while responding well to project scope changes and resource constraints
• Ability to foster team engagement, build trust, increase team ownership and provide visibility into team’s work
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with great leadership skills, diplomacy, confidence, a customer-driven focus and a positive attitude
