On Tuesday, January 9th, we will be releasing Concord, the latest version of webmail. This version of webmail will include many new features, including shared calendars, multiple task lists, improved spell check, a better HTML editor, a new menu system, and much more. Email users that log into www.webmail.us will see the changes on January 9th. Resellers and private-label webmail sites will be able to upgrade via the control panel for 60 days, at which point everyone will be upgraded. We will be posting new documentation online in a few days and I will be blogging about all of the new features in the coming days and weeks.
If you want to see the new interface and features, you can log into the beta site with your email address and password (you can only login with an email account that we host).

Concord Launch: January 9th
Thank you for the new features. So far so good. Few comments – the top part of the page looks a bit cluttered now. Would be nice to have an option to turn those three buttons into icons, for example. I got a feeling that the design was “lighter”, not just because of the addition of the tabs. Also, I’d appreciate adding Notes as well, not just Calendar and Tasks. Kudos!
I did not see the changes on the regular site that is on the beta. What time will the changes be made?
Daniel,
The change has been made. Are you logging into http://www.webmail.us? If so, do you see tabs at the top now?
Pat
I have a a private label account and still see no way to upgrade via the control panel. Not sure if this has been delayed for us private label accounts are not.
David,
Just until tomorrow. We will announce it as soon as you can go into the control panel and upgrade.
When will ‘mail.webmail.us’ URL be updated to point to the new Concord interface? Currently the only means of access is by logging into the ‘www.webmail.us’ or ‘https://www.webmail.us/login?logout=1′. Family members find it easier to use mail.webmail.us or an alias ‘mail.humphrey-tx.net’ which I’ve set up.
Jason,
We currently plan on converting that site to Concord by March 1st.
