How We Price Rackspace Cloud Load Balancers
Each cloud load balancer (instance) is priced by the hour, plus the number of current connections, plus bandwidth, as shown below. There are no upfront, base fees.

*** Concurrent connections are a measure of average utilization over an hour based on 5 minute polling. Rackspace bills concurrent connections at $0.00015 per hour for each connection (equivalent to $0.015/hr for 100 concurrent connections.)
