The Rackspace Cloud Demonstrates Support for Oracle Software at OpenWorld

SAN ANTONIO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The Rackspace Cloud, the cloud computing division of Rackspace® Hosting (NYSE:RAX), today announced its participation in Oracle’s premiere event, Oracle OpenWorld, held October 11 – 15, 2009, at the Moscone Center, San Francisco. Hasan Rizvi, Senior Vice President, Oracle Fusion Middleware will showcase for the first time an Oracle Database and Oracle WebLogic running on a Rackspace Cloud Server™ environment during his Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g—Foundation for Innovation address. Cloud Servers delivers on-demand server capacity to businesses of all sizes.
