The New Rackspace Knowledge Center: Find Answers to your Cloud Questions
After a few months in Beta, we’re pleased to announce the launch of the new Rackspace Knowledge Center. This new Knowledge Center is an integration of Cloud Hosting (Cloud Servers, Cloud Files, Cloud Sites) support articles and articles from our Hosting Knowledge center.
The content you will find here will be specific how to articles like “Configure a Cloud Load Balancer” as well as industry topics like “Unlocking the Enterprise Cloud.” Media types include whitepapers, videos, case studies and webinars.
Whether you’re troubleshooting a cloud issue or you want to learn more about the cloud, you have a one-stop shop to find the answers you’re looking for. We also have a team dedicated to making this content a reality – from an idea to the creation.
