If you are just getting started with the cloud, system administration or software development, Rackspace has a number of tools to help you go from a cloud beginner to a cloud expert. In fact, Stackdriver recently gave Rackspace an A+ as one of the best clouds for novices to get started on. We have a lot of resources as you begin your cloud journey.

We want our partners to be experts on our solutions and fully understand the benefits of the Rackspace Partner Program. To do that, we’re launching the Rackspace Partner Academy’s eLearning platform, a powerful training tool that will arm partners with the knowledge to provide their customers with a full suite of open cloud solutions.

Taking on a new role at Rackspace means there are a lot of new things to learn. In my case, my team lead signed me up for OpenStack Training, given by the Rackspace Cloud Builders training team. As I went through the process, I wanted to document the experience for our customers who may be interested in how our OpenStack training works.
