The survey results are in for Glassdoor’s Employees’ Choice Awards and Rackspace has been honored as one of the top 50 “Best Places to Work” in 2012. Rackspace (at #12) ranked high on the list along with companies such as Facebook, Google, Apple and Salesforce.com.  It’s clear that the investments Rackspace is making in its employees and its culture are helping us build a company to be admired.

When you think of hosting providers, service might not be the first thing that comes to mind. But if you experience a failure, you quickly realize the value of service. In the cloud computing world, we constantly deal with intense projects, like helping customers scale infrastructure to handle spikes in web traffic, handling highly complex technical issues, or helping customers back track steps when a they’ve made a change to their configuration causing their site to go down.
