The Rackspace Startup Program is proud to introduce you to Kinvey, the first Backend as a Service (BaaS) that makes it ridiculously easy for developers to setup and operate a Cloud backend for their mobile apps. At Kinvey, they are motivated to take something that is really difficult and are making it easy and elegant for their customers to operate at scale and provide value to all their end users, which could potentially be billions of people.

The dozen TechStars startups had their big reveal on Wednesday to a packed crowd during a Demo Day at Boston’s Royale Nightclub. Diversity is probably the best word to describe the group. Participating startups included everything from gaming to SaaS to medical services and devices.
